Staff are lovely especially Jane. Beckleberrys is hygienic and spotlessly clean. Both Lisa's are friendly and pleasant. One criticism please give these ladies some extra help during busy times as they are run ragged and don't stop. Also please bring back the white chocolate and ginger scones.

Ice cream is to die for as usual 😋 lovely service from the ladies (I don't know names sorry) and amazing cake
Just popped in for a milkshake and a scone, service and quality were superb. It was after a busy new years eve shift but the staff are a credit to this store. As are the scones. Thankyou.

This place knocks other well known coffee shops in to touch The quality of the coffee and cakes/sweets was definitely 5*, as was the personal, friendly yet professional service Never been before, but this will now be my 'go to' coffee shop in the Metro Centre. Highly recommended ☕✨

Delicious milkshakes, didn't wait too long for them, it was nice to get a sit down while shopping. Would definitely visit again
Great for meeting friends and family. Great coffee cakes and service.
Two sundae’s both completely different made with a smile, delivered with kindness and eaten with pleasure. Such an enjoyable experience can’t wait to go back again for more.

Called in Monday 17th for cakes and scones to take out. 5* quality so returned again today for a second order of take out cakes. Staff very pleasant and all in all would strongly recommend this place when visiting the metro centre. I will be back !!!!

Nice fresh paninis, tasty scones, good ice cream. Slow service sometimes but probably because the food is prepared when you order it. Friendly staff and good value for money.
Having visited two week ago with my daughter I can honestly say that it was more than what I had expected, the food was fantastic the staff were very friendly and helpful , would definitely recommend to anyone who comes across this little gem of a small place to have a coffee and a bite to eat 👍👌

Beckleberry's in the Intu Metro Centre ... "Takeaway Coffee" £1.00 ... for a Flat White ... "what great value ! ! ! ..." they only need now to charge ".80p" for a refill in the same cup or your own container ... "Save the Oceans from our waste contsiners" "Buy your Coffee at Beckleberry's" or you can buy a cup at nearby "Carluccio's" for £2.25 for a very small cup ... Ted C.
Fantastic service & lovely food! The ladies work so hard & nothing is a problem.
